Explore the cultural highlights within the old city walls, discover fascinating temples, dig into the delicious street food and take a stroll through the famous evening markets, to truly experience the spirit of this destination. Chiang Mai serves as an excellent base for outdoor and adventure lovers, offering idyllic opportunities for trekking, cycling and river rafting in the surrounding countryside. Half Day Patara Elephant Farm Experience

Join us for a unique "elephant caregiver for a day" experience. This personalized program will give you great chance to understand the present living conditions of Thai elephants and how we can save them. You will learn and perform the tasks of an elephant caregiver to keep elephants healthy and happy. You will learn how to approach and become friends with your elephants, give elephant a health inspection and care activities, walk your elephant, feed it, bathe and brush your elephant in the river. Then you will be trained to communicate and ride on its neck using many different techniques. Visit healthy and happy elephants with their babies, all living together as family. Doi Inthanon National Park Excursion

Be ready for an early departure from your hotel this morning to Doi Inthanon National Park. Doi Inthanon is the highest mountain of Thailand (2,776m) and was declared a national park in 1972. The park boasts the greatest diversity of tree and bird species found in any single park in the country. Here we also visit the Vatchirathan waterfall and stop for lunch at a local restaurant.

After our break, we continue on to the summit of Doi Inthanon, but on the way we pay a visit to the Royal Project of Baan Khun Glaang, which provides villages with profitable work and therefore a better livelihood. Once we reach the summit of Doi Inthanon Mountain we continue hiking through the evergreen forest along a nature trail, enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding hills and rice plains far below. We return to Chiang Mai in the late afternoon. (This service is on a private basis.)

Wiang Kum Kam

This morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the ancient city of Wiang Kum Kam. This city is believed to be the earliest historical settlement in the Chiang Mai area, established by Mon settlers. Archaeological remains excavated at the site include stone tablets with Mon inscriptions, pottery, and Buddhist sculptures dating back to the 8th century Haripunchai era. You will visit the small information center first, in order to learn more about the historic background information, before exploring Wiang Kum Kam by horse cart. This old style transportation will be the perfect way to visit the sites.

During this excursion, your guide will take you to one of the forgotten corners of Wiang Kum Kam, where you will be served a special picnic lunch set among the ruins. This unique setting, will be a prime spot to enjoy the different kinds of delicious sandwiches, salads, seasonal fruit, a bottle of wine, mineral water, and more! Following this feast, it will be time to say goodbye to Wiang Kum Kam, as you are transferred back to your accommodations. (This service is on a private basis.)

Evening Tuk Tuk and Dinner

This evening, meet your guide at your hotel in the early evening and start your exploration of the city by tuk tuk. Driving around Chiang Mai in the evening is cooler and more peaceful than during the day and gives you a chance to see the city in a very different light. You will drive around the old city walls while making stops at landmarks such as the Iron Bridge, the Three Kings Monument, and some of Chiang Mai’s oldest temples. Along the way, stop at several food stalls and night markets to try out the many different types of delicious Thai food! After the lovely evening, you will be transferred back to your hotel. Phang Nga Bay

Following a relaxing morning to enjoy the amenities at your hotel, you will be picked up around 1:30 PM and transferred to the pier. There, you will board a boat for the one hour journey to Phang Nga Bay. This bay is part of the incredible Ao Phang Nga National Park. You will spend the afternoon today exploring several sea caves (also known as hongs) by canoe and discovering the unique wildlife within them. You will learn all about their creation and the unique ecosystem the area now boasts. Your activities will depend on the tides, although typically you will visit at least four different caves, on top of the time reserved for swimming and paddling around on your own.

Once you have worked up an appetite, you will be served a delicious dinner on board, just in time to savor the spectacular sunset. As darkness falls, your very special “Hong by Starlight” tour begins. You will pass through a cave guided by three natural light sources - no torches and no talking. You will launch your own Krathong, which is a lovely traditional lotus-shaped floating vessel made of banana leaves with a candle and incense. Watch as the phosphorescence from millions of plankton swirls in the water. After a truly amazing day, you will return to land and be transferred back to your hotel. Wonders of Koh Khai Nok

Khai Islands or the Rang Yai Islands, are small stops which can be found in the way to Phang Nga Bay or the Phi Phi islands. These smaller islands are often visited as a stop when heading to one of the major destinations. Khai Islands are located 10 km (15 minutes by speedboat) east of Phuket. Today, you will visit 3 small islands, surrounded by crystal waters with abundant tropical marine life and reef and rock formations to observe while snorkeling. Khai Nai Island is the biggest island and has a beautiful white beach with crystal clear emerald green water. Khai Nui Island is the smallest island and hosts colorful coral reefs providing excellent snorkeling as well. (This service is on a private basis.)

Today you will be picked up from your hotel for a foodie exploration of Old Town Phuket. So much more than just a beach destination, Phuket was once a major trading center on the route between India and China, frequented by Portuguese, French, Dutch, and English traders. Phuket's historic old town offers tantalizing glimpses of this era amid its Thai, Chinese, and Muslim shrines, temples, markets, shop houses, cafés, and museums. The contribution of foreign influences has produced a cuisine that you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

Indulge in a scrumptious breakfast at a little dim sum place on a small soi behind the fresh market. Then after walking the charming streets of the city center try some delicious roti with curry.
