Upon arrival in Kirkenes, meet your local private guide for your 2 hour tour of Kirkenes. Enjoy sightseeing in this Norwegian town 250 miles above the Arctic Circle. There will be photo stops around town (including a fjord view and the Boris Gleb Russian Orthodox Church across the river) and a visit to the Russian/Norway border at Storskog.
