- RESERVE ENTRY FEES: Included in rates are the Reserve Entry Fees which are $30 per adult/ $5 per child under 16 per day (until June 30, 2008) and $50 per adult/$30 per child under 16 per day plus a $25 per person concession fee supplement (from July 1, 2008 and onwards). Please note that these fees are subject to change.
- OUR RATES INCLUDE: Exclusive use of entire 8 bed (4 rooms) Lodge. Full Board Accommodation, all drinks (except champagne), laundry, airport transfers (to/from Kiba), all safari activities (except Fly-camping) on exclusive basis to KP clients.
- OUR RATES EXCLUDE: Flights, Airport Departure taxes, Gratuities, Champagne, Items of personal nature, Flying Doctors and Medical Evacuation, Airport Transfers other than to nearest airstrip (Kiba). Fly-camping at $150pppn (min of 2 pax, max 2 nts- and must be pre-booked). No access to Sand Rivers Lodge, or Rhino House.
- CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT/MIN. STAY: Check-in time is 12:00pm. Groups wishing to stay beyond 10:00 am will be charged a full nightly rate for that day. Minimum Stay of 3 nights is required.
- MEDICAL INSURANCE & FLIGHT EVACUATION: All clients traveling to Kiba Point must be covered by Flying Doctors. Unfortunately, clients not covered will be refused entry to the Lodge. Cover varies between $30pp & $50pp, depending on length of entire safari and will be added to all invoices.
- CHILD POLICY: The camp is perfect for private groups, friends and families although, due to the openness of the camp it is not suitable for young children. We accept children of 12 and above at Kiba Point.
- TRIPLES: Triples are only available if the third person sharing a room is a child of 12.
- CLOSING DATES: March 24, 2008- June 1, 2008.

For FIT Bookings (3 rooms or less): Cancellations & postponements of confirmed safaris are only effective on receipt of a written notification, whereupon the deposit is forfeited. In the event of the cancellation or postponement of a confirmed safari, you will immediately become liable for a percentage of the full safari cost, as set out below:
-Confirmed safaris cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival ? full deposit is forfeited.
-Confirmed safaris cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival ? 50% of full safari cost is payable.
-Confirmed safaris cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of full safari cost is
payable.
For Group Bookings (4 rooms or more):
- Until 4 months out, up to half the rooms can be released without penalty.
- Between 4 and 6 months, if MORE than half the rooms release, 20% cancellation charges apply.
- Under 4 months, normal FIT cancellation charges apply.
Should you or the clients fail to join the safari or join it after the departure date, no refund can be made. Please note that if the reason for cancellation or postponement falls within the terms of any holiday insurance that you or the clients are holding, then any such charges will normally be refunded to you or the clients by the insurance company, subject to the terms of the insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients traveling with Nomad Tanzania obtain full travel insurance valid from the date of confirmation of the safari, which will cover claims for any cancellation charges.
