Dar Ahlam is a traditional Kasbah nestling in the palm groves of Skoura at the gateway to the Southern Moroccan desert. It is a truly unique location, where everything is designed to ensure that your dreams come true. This Moroccan Kasbah, dated from the 19th Century, was traditionally renovated two years ago. The Kasbah has 9 suites, sleeping a maximum of 18 guests. In addition, there are 3 independent Villas with two bedrooms each. The French architect of landscape, Louis Benech, has designed 1.5 hectares of gardens surrounding the Kasbah.
It offers a various range of places where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner… or where you can just rest in the shade. There is an extensive menu combining traditional Moroccan specialties with the latest culinary innovations. Two talents are brought together with Frederick Grasser Hermé for savoury delights and with desserts dreamed up by the famous French pâtissier Pierre Hermé. Meals are exclusive and served in different places and settings everyday.
