A thoroughly civilized hotel which stands out among the myriad of little hotels in the Sultanahmet area by its fine sense of style and excellent service. The ambience in this restored 19th Century townhouse is restrained and European with a touch of Neoclassical and a hint of 1920s Paris.
The lobby doubles as a stylish cafe featuring thonet chairs, marble topped tables and old Sephia photos. A magnificent Corinthian capital supports a massive glass reception desk. Rooms are comfortable and full of light, with satellite TV on offer. The roof terrace commands a breath taking close-up of the blue mosque and the Egyptian Obelisk.
The exquisitely renovated ottoman house has a rooftop terrace with glorious views of the blue mosque and the lobby and bar, where you can have a wonderful breakfast, are warmly decorated and comfortable.
Hotel Ibrahim Pasha, centrally located in a quiet street, is right across from the Blue Mosque and a few minutes walk from important historical sights such as Saint Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar.We have a two-day walking tour program which provides an excellent way to explore the area by foot.
