Cancellation of any booking must be received in writing. Cancellation penalties will be levied for cancelled reservations as follows: If cancelled 4 weeks/more before travel date: 25% deposit total cost. If cancelled less than 4 weeks notice: 50% of the total cost, if cancelled less than less than 2 weeks prior to travel date: 100% of the total cost.
