Hotelito Desconocido

South Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

Prices From: $450 - $460

South of Puerto Vallarta, the wildly beautiful Pacific coast stretches endlessly beyond the mists of the surf. Apart from the flora and fauna - including nesting turtles - the only habitation is Hotelito Desconocido. Within its glorious isolation you can enjoy the co-existence of pure luxury and untamed nature. This resort is one of the very few ultimate escapes left on Earth. With no phones, electricity, neighboring restaurants or night clubs, experience unparalleled tranquility. Venture off-limits into a tropical paradise where the only footsteps in the sand are your own! If you have a passion for the environment and a desire to escape, this place is heaven.

Hotelito is a rare privilege. Set on one of the most important turtle reserves in Mexico, it offers 20 bungalows of indigenous construction, built on stilts on an estuary that overlooks 40 miles of virgin beach washed by the Pacific surf. There are 20 rooms, all of which are luxuriously appointed. They range from singles and twins to suites with eight suites in all, three of them master suites. The ecology of the surrounds makes it to your table too, with the freshest food imaginable.

Hotelito features two restaurants. One is located on the Beach Club Nopalito where lunch and snacks are served and the main restaurant El Cantarito on stilts over the water where breakfast and dinner is served. The cuisine is traditional Mexican based on seafood accompanied with fresh vegetables and fruits.

Hotelito uses solar energy only for energy needs of the hotel. At night, hundreds of candles light the rooms and restaurant. Luminaries light the pathways that meander throughout the resort. "Hotelito was created for the new millennium, "explains Marcello Murzilli, creator and founder of Hotelito. "In every aspect, it speaks of change and of taking care of nature".

Hotelito is located in the Pacific Coast in Costalegre, which is well known for its beautiful beaches and landscapes. Hotelito offers a variety of tours and activities to further explore the beautiful coastline and the ErmitaƱo estuary.
