A reservation may be cancelled three days prior to arrival (72 hrs.) to avoid penalty fees. Any reservation that is cancelled two days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a one night charge, per suite reserved.
December 15 - January 8 / Christmas and New Year’s
A reservation that is cancelled within 60-31 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 50% charge of total stay per suite reserved. A reservation that is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date will be subject to a 100% charge of total stay per suite reserved.
