The hotel is located on the shore of Llanquihue Lake and close to the city of Puerto Varas. The building is divided into two parts: the upper area is private, and the lower level is a public area. The rooms are located in the private area on two levels. The hotel has 22 rooms: 1 Master Suite, 3 Executive Suites, 9 Superior Honeymoon Suites, 8 Twin Rooms and 1 room with disabled access.The public area has a lounge and a restaurant.
