General Information

- A minimum of four nights is required for reservations within our Peak Season and a minimum of two nights is required for reservations within our Winter Season.
- Continental breakfast buffet is included, as is use of the Lodge's bikes and kayaks.

- Children Under Age 12 per adult is free of charge using existing bedding in unit. With extra bedding, a charge of US$50.00 plus tax is applicable.

Extra Person/Adullt is US$50.00 per person.

Cancellation Policies

All deposits will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 per room administrative fee ($100.00 in Peak Season), if we receive written notice 45 days or more prior to arrival date (60 days in Peak Season). No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to arrival (60 days in Peak Season). Note that a 2-Bedroom Villa is considered two rooms therefore a fee of $200.00 plus tax applies for the cancellation of a Villa.
