Faena Hotel + Universe is housed in a transformed historic grain building featuring ultra-luxurious rooms and suites. Blending the past with the present, the hotel is located on the waterfront of the new Puerto Madero neighborhood of Buenos Aires, offering immediate access to the city center.

Inspired by Alan Faena and designed by Philippe Starck, guest accommodations show the decadence and romance of the Belle Epoque while providing a modern feeling and luxurious comfort. Faena Hotel + Universe is located in the El Porteno Building, Puerto Madero Este, in the heart of downtown Buenos Aires – a few steps from Costanera Sur. The hotel is close to the financial center, the government house and to San Telmo – the oldest neighborhood in Buenos Aires famous for its typical architecture, antique stores and Tango houses.

The 110 exquisitely designed rooms and suites include home theater flat screen TVs, wireless high-speed Internet access, glass-enclosed bathrooms with marble floors and separate stall showers. Each guest is assigned their own "experience manager" who acts as a personal concierge and who's job is to ensure that your trip to Buenos Aires is the best that it can be.

El Mercado features Argentinean and International cuisines. For lighter fare, El Bistro offers international cuisine. For cocktails and light snacks The Library Lounge is available.

On the premises guests can find The Universe, which features live shows at El Teatro and El Mercado, La Prairie Spa, Gym and Hammam, an outdoor swimming pool and terrace, and the renowned LEA – the Laboratory of Experimentation in Art.
