Global Basecamps arranged our trip to South Africa during the World Cup and did a fabulous job. Our travel agent arranged all the hotels (in many cases at prices that were lower than what he had originially estimated them at), car rentals and many of the tours that we took. He patiently worked through all the details with us, went back and forth many times on specific pieces, and best of all followed up with us a couple of weeks before the trip to see if we needed anything else and actually ended up taking care of some last minute arrangements for us. Each house and cottage at Tongabezi has its own valet who will look after you throughout your stay. - All prices are quoted and payable in United States Dollars
- Tongabezi will hold provisional bookings for 15 days ONLY
- Provisional bookings for guests arriving within 6 months from the booking date will only be held for 7 days.
- Bookings for arrivals due within 3 months should be confirmed within 48 hours
- Bookings must be confirmed with transfer details.
- Children under seven are not permitted.
- Children under 14 pay 50% unless they are in their own room, then they will pay adult fees.

- Sunrise and sunset boat trip on the Zambezi
- Guided canoeing excursion
- Lunch on a local island with guided walk
- Fishing (equipment provided)
- A visit to the Victoria Falls on the Zambian Side
- A game drive in the Mosi-Oa-Tunya National Park (Park fees are extra)

Cancellation Policies
- 60 days or more before arrival, 25% fee
- between 30 and 60 days before arrival, 50% fee
- 30 days or less before arrival, 50% fee... and if the guest decides to rebook in next 12 months (must be made in the original booking season) the reservation we will be booked at 50% off
