Costa Lanta

Costa Lanta is Located in the area of Krabi on the northwestern part of Lanta Yai island in the Andaman sea. A 2 hour drive away from Krabi airport, the beach resort is nestled in a preserved site of tropical trees. The property is an artful blend of modern architecture and nature which makes it barely visible from the sea. The bungalows, beachfront restaurant and bar and a sleek swimming pool were built to fade harmoniously with the luscious landscape.

Guest rooms are molded into the surrounding nature. The beachfront area is common ground for all guests to enjoy the swimming pool, massages and the restaurant. Rooms at Costa Lanta are arranged, not in straight rows, but scattered at angles in corporation with the surroundings. The different sections of the property are separated by the natural water system of the island with wooden walkways linking them together.Guests also have the option of staying at a stand-alone bungalow, featuring the signature retractable wooden door panels which open up two sides of the bedroom. Finished with polished concrete and timber, these units have a private terrace and semi-open air bathroom.

November through to end of April is the best time to visit with calm sea and plenty of excursions and activities available. Rainfalls are more frequent during September and October and water activities are more limited.
