-RESERVE ENTRY FEE: Rates do not include Reserve Entry Fees of $30 per adult/ $5 per child under 16 per day (until June 30, 2008) and $50 per adult/ $30 per child under 16 per day plus $25 per person concession fee supplement (from July 1, 2008 and onwards). Please note that fees are subject to change at short notice.
-OUR RATES INCLUDE: Full Board Accomodation, all drinks (except champagne), laundry, ariport transfers (to/from Kiba), road transfers to Hot Springs for clients staying at Beho Beho and transfers to/from Mwanamungu for clients staying at Selous Safari Camp, all safari activities (except Fly-camping which must be pre-booked).
-OUR RATES EXCLUDE: Flights, airport departure taxes, gratuities, champagne, items of personal nature, insurance, flying doctors and medical evacuation, airport transfers other than to nearest airstrip (kiba). Transfers to/from Fuga Train Station ($225pp). Transfers to Hot Springs & Mwanamungu for clients staying at other Selous Camps. Fly-camping. Sole use of private vehicle and guide (except for Rhino House clients). No access to Kiba Point, which is Nomads' private and exclusive 8 bed Lodge, 1km downstream of Sand Rivers.
-MEDICAL EVACUATION & FLIGHT EVACUATION POLICY: All clients traveling to Sand Rivers & Rhino House must be covered by Flying Doctors. Unfortunately, clients not covered will be refused entry to the Camp. Cover varies between $30pp - $50pp, depending on length of entire safari and will be added to invoices.
- CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT/MINIMUM STAY: Latest check-out time is strictly 10:00 am. Thereafter, there is a late-departure supplement of $150pp towards on-going use of communal lodge facilities/cars & guides/ extra meals. This charge does not entitle guests to use their room after 10:00 am. Check in time is 12:00 pm. Please note that guests arriving before this time cannot be guaranteed a room. Minimum stay is two nights and also applies to any nights booked before or after a Selous Walk.
-CHILD POLICY: Our camps are child friendly and we enjoy hosting families in our Camps. However, we do not accept children under the age of 8. This restriction extends to a minimum of 12 years on any Walking and Fly-Camping activities. All children stay at their parents' own risk.
-TRIPLES: Triples are only available is the third person is a child under the age of 12 years. Triples are not available for adults. There is no reduced triple rate.

For FIT Bookings (3 rooms or less): Cancellations & postponements of confirmed safaris are only effective on receipt of a written notification, whereupon the deposit is forfeited.In the event of the cancellation or postponement of a confirmed safari, you will immediately become liable for a percentage of the full safari cost, as set out below:
-Confirmed safaris cancelled 60+ days prior to arrival ? full deposit is forfeited.
-Confirmed safaris cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival ? 50% of full safari cost is payable.
-Confirmed safaris cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of full safari cost is
payable.
For Group Bookings (4 rooms or more):
- Until 4 months out, up to half the rooms can be released without penalty.
- Between 4 and 6 months, if MORE than half the rooms release, 20% cancellation charges apply.
- Under 4 months, normal FIT cancellation charges apply.
Should you or the clients fail to join the safari or join it after the departure date, no refund can be made. Please note that if the reason for cancellation or postponement falls within the terms of any holiday insurance that you or the clients are holding, then any such charges will normally be refunded to you or the clients by the insurance company, subject to the terms of the insurance. We strongly recommend that all clients
traveling with Nomad Tanzania obtain full travel insurance valid from the date of confirmation of the safari, which will cover claims for any cancellation charges.
