I just returned from a 5 week long trip to Australia, Japan and China. My travel specialist at Global Basecamps arranged all of my hotels, guides and excursions. The Villa Des Orangers is an intimate haven of peace located near the bustling souks of Marrakesh. Member of the prestigious chain of Relais&Chateaux, with only 19 rooms and suites arranged on two levels around two verdant open sky patios with water fountains surrounded by galleries of chiseled plaster. The hotel has two swimming pools: a rooftop terrace one - 5 by 7 meters, with a nice view of the nearby Koutoubia mosque with its matchless landmark minaret and the Atlas Mountains – and a 16 meter long one, heated, in a 350 m² garden. There also are two lounges with fireplaces, a dinning room, a massage cabin and a decoration boutique.

Dining here is a joy, perhaps in one of the small lounges off the courtyard, on your private terrace, in the restaurant or around the pools. Offering a la carte Mediterranean cuisine and daily's Moroccan, from 495 Dhs to 595 Dhs per person.
