After finishing the first part of the Resort in May 2005 the Resort offers now 5 beautiful styled Bungalows with a large terrace and an appr. size of 45 square meters space. The bungalows are built in a traditional style from local craftsman and artists. Materials of wood, stone and an interior of antique furniture give each bungalow a unique atmosphere. There are no electric appliances like aircon and TV which may disturb the laid back atmosphere of the resort. Bathrooms with tub, open air shower and a big terrace facing the river offer peace and relaxation to the guest.
The Lao Spirit Restaurant is situated on the banks of Nam Khan River. From the terrace you have a amazing view to the surrounding hills and mountains, while in the evening the elephant will take their bath in the river just in front of you. You will enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner in a natural, relaxing atmosphere. Th restaurant offers a fine selection of European and Asian dishes. All meals are prepared with high quality and fresh ingredients bought at the local markets or from the villages nearby.
The idyllic landscape invites hikes and bicycle excursions. Elephants tours to the nearby Tad Se waterfall, canoe trips on the Nam Khan river and day trips to the ancient capital Luang Prabang can be arranged.
