Wildlife Paradise Safari
Prices From: $2,428 per person
Embark on a 7 day safari allowing you the opportunity for a close-up encounter with the “big five”. With big game roaming the plains against an iconic backdrop of Mount Kenya, this is the perfect safari for nature photographers and wildlife enthusiasts. Solio and Ol Pejeta conservancies are private wildlife parks which have for many years provided a safe breeding environment for black and white rhinos. As such, these are the two best places in Africa to watch rhinos. Having game drives in these wonderful destinations is the closest you can get to the horned beasts. But there's much more: elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra, lion, leopard, cheetah, hyena etc. Several species of birds also live in these areas. We then travel north to Samburu, the homeland of the nomadic Samburu people. This is where we'll come across the endemic northern wildlife-reticulated giraffe, beisa oryx and gerenuk, in addition to a great variety of other wildlife including elephant, lion, leopard, crocodile etc. The combination of wildlife and picturesque landscapes including Mount Kenya makes this safari an unforgettable experience.
