From 23 December to 6 January a minimum stay of 5 nights must be booked.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be received in writing. In summer there is a cancellation deadline of 14 days and in the winter of 21 days. Cancellations made before these deadlines incur no charges. For cancellations between 13 days and 3 days prior to arrival a one night cancellation charge will be levied.
For cancellations received within 2 days of arrival date, for no shows or early departures a minimum of 3 nights will be charged (room). For reservations under 3 nights the full amount will be charged for the reservation.
