The Perfect Honeymoon

A marriage isn’t just another relationship and your honeymoon shouldn’t be just another trip to the beach. Don’t get us wrong, we love over-water bungalows in Tahiti as much as anyone but shouldn’t you be starting your life together with something a little more adventurous? Something that better represents the beauty and complexity of your new life together? How about drinking wine in Buenos Aires followed by a luxury lodge in Patagonia? Or a South African safari combined with wandering on the beaches of Mozambique? What about a stay at one of the hottest hotels in Bangkok before taking a cruise down the Mekong River to Laos in a six-cabin teak steamship? You get the picture.

Our expert travel specialists can help you plan a honeymoon as unique as you are to wherever it is you want to go. Start your life together with the trip of a lifetime.

Sample Honeymoons

Greystoke Mahale

Western Tanzania Safari

Far off the main tourist safari route of Northern Tanzania lies the little-know Mahale Mountains National Park and one of the best lodges we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with; Greystoke Mahale. Spend your days at Greystoke tracking chimpanzees through the forest and finish by soaking your feet in Lake Tangyanika and preparing for a private gourmet dinner on the beach. Not only is it one of the best safaris in the world but it’s also one of the coolest hotels we know.
Castello di Vicarello

Off-The-Beaten-Path Tuscany

Either on its own or as the conclusion to a multi-destination Italian trip Tuscany is one of our favorite places on the planet. Endless rolling vineyards, olive groves and extremely friendly people make Tuscany like no where else in the world. And Castelo di Vicarelo, a restored Tuscan castle perched atop its own hill overlooking the valleys around it, is like nowhere else in Tuscany. As there are only four beautifully and tastefully decorated suites you are much more a visiting friend than a hotel guest. Although there are plenty of activites in the surrounding area to keep you busy we recommend relaxing by one of the two pools, drinking wines from the hotel's vineyards and chatting about Tuscan cuisine with your hosts while you learn how to enjoy life like only the Italians can.
EcoCamp Suite Domes

Buenos Aires and Patagonia

If you like to live the good life with a large helping of adventure than there is no better destination than Argentina and Chile. Start in a small boutique hotel in the trendy Palermo Soho district of BA and eat and drink your way through the Wine Country and Lakes District before finishing up in the breath-taking Torres del Paine National Park in Chilean Patagonia. When you want to combine style with sustainability there are few equals anywhere in the world and the daily excursions throughout the park will help you work off some of the incredible red wine that you’ve been enjoying throughout the trip.
