General Information

Patagonia Camp can be reached from Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales, as well as Calafate, Argentina (via the Cerro Castillo international border).

From Puerto Natales head north and turn left onto the “Cueva de Milodon” road, and continue for 60 kilometers. The entrance to the camp is on the right-hand side of the road, 4.9 kilometers after the “Puente Rincón / Cabañas Rincón” at kilometer 74.

After crossing the Chile / Argentina border at Cerro Castillo, head north on the road to Torres del Paine National Park. Enter the park at the Laguna Amarga entrance and drive to the Administration Center. From here, it is 15 kilometers to Patagonia Camp, passing the 3 lookout points “Grey”, “Cuernos” y “Lago Toro.” The camp is on the left-hand side of the road.

A shorter alternative is to take the road to Bahía el Bote. After crossing the border you should take the main road that takes you to Torres del Paine National Park. After approximately 4 miles take the left road that takes you to Camping Bahía el Bote and follow this road for approximately 22 miles until you get to the intersection with the main road. At the intersection take the right towards the Parque Nacional Torres del Paine.
