There is something at Blackbird Caye Resort for everyone. You can be as busy as you like, diving, snorkeling, kayaking or slowing down and reading a book among the 166 acres that encompass the resort. Your vacation begins when you are met by resort staff at the Belize International Airport for a 20 minute ride to Blackbird's private dock in Belize City. There you will board their fast 50 foot transfer vessel for the spectacular 32 mile trip to Blackbird Caye. While sipping on complimentary sodas and Belizean beer, you will be weaving through coconut covered sand and mangrove islands which will lead to the Belize Barrier Reef and then to the eastern side of Turneffe Atoll, home of Blackbird Caye Resort.
Blackbird Caye Resort offers true world class diving. The diving sites are considered some of the best in the Western Caribbean. The visibility often ranges from 100 to 150 feet. Turneffe Atoll is the only Caribbean Atoll made up of dozens of mangrove islands which are the juvenile nurseries for coral reefs.
There are over 70 dive sites located near the caye with an average time of 12 minutes to reach them. Some of the more popular dive spots you will see are "The Elbow", "Calabash Cut", "West Side Story", "CoCo Point", "Al's Hideout" and "Oasis". A trip to Belize wouldn't be complete without a visit to the world-famous "Blue Hole". Guests at Blackbird Resort make regular visits to the Blue Hole on Tuesdays as part of the 4 and 7 night packages.

General Information
- A 20% deposit is due within 14 days of booking to confirm the reservation. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by check, money order or cashier's check only. No credit cards are accepted from wholesalers.
- Rates are for 3, 4, or 7 nights. 4 and 7-night packages include a trip to the Blue Hole and night dive.
- All rates include accommodations, meals, transfers, use of kayaks and the specified activity.
- Not included in rates: Liquor, soda, hotel tax, gratuities, dive and snorkel gear rental fees and $40 fee to Half Moon Caye. These charges cannot be prepaid and are collected on the island the day before departure. Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.
- Arrival and departure can be on a Wednesday or Saturday.

Cancellation Policies
- In the event that you must cancel a reservation, refunds will be made according to the following schedule per person: up to 90 days prior to departure, all monies refunded except for $100.00; 89-45 days prior to departure, all monies are refunded except for the deposit; 44-31 days prior to departure, 50% of funds are refunded; 30 days or less prior to departure, no monies will be refunded. ALL cancellations should be made in writing.
