This jungle lodge has 23 comfortable palm-thatched cottage rooms including two Garden Suites or a Complete Garden Suite with Jacuzzi, two Tree Top Jacuzzi Suites, an Orchard Villa and a Sky Room, all nestled along the riverside in a setting of unmatched beauty and tranquility.

Travelers share stories and relax at the verandah bar before enjoying delicious meals in the Chaa Creek restaurant. Guests interact with nature while exploring the river, miles of well-maintained forest trails, Maya temple sites, and through activities such as hiking, canoeing, horseback riding, mountain biking and bird watching.

To fully appreciate the surrounding natural, cultural and historical site a variety of tours and activities as available through Chaa Creek. For example, an educational adventure day on the reserve combines activities such as canoeing, mountain biking and horseback riding with the expertise of licensed naturalist guides to give visitors a well-rounded, comprehensive introduction to the unique natural and cultural riches of Belize.

General Information

- Rates are subject to tax and service charges.
- Rates Include: Breakfast, Entry into the 365-acre Rainforest Reserve, Guided tours of the Natural History Centre and Butterfly Farm, Access to the Ruta Maya Trail System, Canoeing, Early Morning Bird Walk with a Naturalist Guide, and a guided interpretive tour of the Rainforest Medicine Trail at Ixchel Farm.
- Child Policy: Children under the age of 18 are free of charge, when sharing a room with parents. Children ages 1-5 also dine for free.

Cancellation Policies

A full refund minus $60 USD handling fee will be made on cancellations 60 days or more prior to the scheduled trip. Cancellations 60 - 45 days in advance a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be given.

No refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or tours for any reason whatsoever. Land cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.
