Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days during Christmas season) for full refund, excluding any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below. If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (60 days during Christmas season), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply.) All cancellations received at any time will be charged $50 US administrative fee.

I went in to this with the attitude of ok, I'd like to go around the world but I have no idea what to do or where to start. Global Basecamps stepped in and created a trip I will never forget.
