Check in is from 2pm for our Guest House and Immerse Cottage.
Check out is 11.00am for our Guest House and Immerse Cottage, unless otherwise stated or by prior arrangement.
Unfortunately Children can not be accommodated for in our Guesthouse but are certainly welcome in our Immerse Cottage.
Immerse Guesthouse rooms and Cottage are non smoking.

Cancellation Policies

Balance is payable on or prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded less a 10% administration fee if notice is 60 days in advance, 20% if notice is less than 60 but more than 30. Refund of bookings cancelled at less than 30 days will be at our discretion, however will incur a 30% fee. Prices and booking conditions may change from time to time.
