For many of our guests, a stay at Paperbark Camp is a well earned chance to sleep in, enjoy a long lazy breakfast on the verandah with the papers, perhaps a couple of hours on the beach with a good book before heading back for an afternoon snooze and contemplating another candle lit dinner in the Gunyah.

Massages are also available by prior arrangement, a truly relaxing experience with just the sounds and smells of the bush for company- be sure to enquire at time of booking.

The property has some easy walking trails that meander through paperbark, gum and mangrove forests and are perfect for a stroll before breakfast (a great time for spotting kangaroos). Or grab your torch and walk the trails in the evening looking out for possums and other nocturnal residents.

Complimentary bikes and canoes are provided for guests enjoyment and are an eco-friendly way to explore the local area. Take the Paperbark Challenge and canoe to Huskisson and back, stopping off for a picnic and a swim on the banks of the Currambene Creek, a great days activity!

General Information

WHAT TO BRING
* Dress is casual - in keeping with a bush camp, though feel free to dress up for special occasions!
* All linen and towels are provided.
* You may like to bring the following: beach umbrella, beach towel, sun hat, sunscreen, comfortable walking shoes, sporting equipment such as fishing rods, golf clubs, tennis racquets and snorkelling gear, binoculars for bird watching.
* Insect repellent and torches are provided but feel free to bring your own.
* Hairdryers are provided for use in the Gunyah bathrooms with 240V power, or you may prefer to bring your own.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
* These rates are valid from 01/4/08 to 31/3/09
* A $200 per tent deposit is required to confirm a booking and is non-refundable for cancellations of less than 7 days notice.
* A surcharge of $50.00 per adult and $25.00 per child is applicable on Christmas Day.
* Rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast as well as use of canoes & bikes unless stated otherwise.
* Child rates are only applicable when sharing with one full paying adult. Children aged 13 yrs and over are charged as adults.
* Check-in is from 2.00pm. Check-out is 11.00am.
* Guests have unlimited access to coffee and tea in the Gunyah.
* Paperbark Camp is closed from 01/07/08 to 31/08/08 for Winter.
* A $200.00 cancellation fee per tent is payable for all cancellations of less than 7 days notice unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations with less than 24 hrs notice or no-shows will incur a charge equal to the value of one nights accommodation and meals.
* All rates are GST inclusive.
* Maximum number of guests per tent (room) is four. We do not recommend four adults share, it is more suitable for either 3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 younger children.
* Paperbark Camp does not serve lunch, though we do offer picnic lunches for guests to take with them for the day.
* No children under 6 years of age unless by special arrangement. Children must be sharing with at least one full paying adult to be eligible for the childrens rate. A maximum of three children is allowed per room
