Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy (excludes Festive Season bookings) - Cancellations or amendments received outside of 28 days prior to arrival, will not incur a cancellation fee. Cancellations or amendments within 28 to 15 days of arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of 20 per cent of total booking value.
Cancellations or amendments received within 14 days of arrival date, "No Shows" or early departures are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100 per cent of the total booking value.
Festive Season cancellation policy (bookings incorporating 25 December 2009 to 9 January 2010).
This policy applies to all bookings incorporating any dates within the period 25 December 2009 to 9 January 2010. Cancellations or amendments received on or before 31 October 2009 will have all deposits refunded. Cancellations or amendments received between 1 November 2009 and 30 November 2009 inclusive are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 per cent of the total booking value. Cancellations or amendments received on or after 1 December 2009, no shows or early departures are subject to a cancellation fee of 100 per cent.
